We offer specially designed QR codes that can be placed in a safe and easily accessible location, such as on posters at work.
Anyone can scan the QR code to access the anonymous reporting form, with no app installation required.
You can also make the link to the form available on your intranet or other communication channels.
If you already use the Bevoy app, you can make a notification directly from the app. Simply look for the anonymous hotline function within the menu and follow the instructions to make a report.
For those who prefer to notify via a web browser, we have designed a specific landing page.
This page has been optimised to make the anonymous reporting process as easy as possible, whether you are on a desktop or mobile device.
Once you have submitted a notification, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. This indicates that your notification has been successfully submitted and will be reviewed.
This process proceeds with a Case number. You can check the follow-up of your report later with your case number.
