Bevoy is the data controller for the purposes listed below.

3 - This is the data we keep

We collect the following personal information in various forms through consumer use of the Site, including the wellness platform and application:

Identification and contact information:

– Name, first name, address, e-mail address and telephone or mobile phone number.

The login credentials associated with the user account:

This data is collected for the use of the Bevoy wellbeing platform

– Data on challenges, rewards and various activity data, Responses to various check-ups and other questionnaires completed on the platform/application.
– Photos uploaded by users. These photos contain metadata such as the time and date of upload by the user. This data is used to increase engagement and interaction within our platform and promote a sense of community in the workplace.

Other data and content exchanged, communicated and shared through the use of the company ‘ s products and services; Other data provided by use of the (mobile) website, such as pages visited, websites and searches through cookies.

4 - How we process your data

Personal data is processed by Bevoy for the following purposes:

4.1 The use of the Bevoy well-being platform

The Bevoy well-being platform (the “Program”) is a voluntary employee health program that encourages healthy lifestyle changes. The program is paid for by your employer, your spouse’s employer, or other sponsoring organizations (the “Program Sponsor”).

It is the client of the Bevoy wellness platform (organizations) that add various information to the platform such as users, challenges, rewards, questionnaires/checkups.

We store our customers ‘ data on our service providers ‘ servers, but we have no control over its collection or management. We are not responsible for our clients ‘ use of information they upload to the Bevoy Well-being Platform.

Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information except as necessary to provide and improve the Bevoy wellness platform, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law.

All data collected on the use of the Bevoy-well-being platform is shown only at an aggregated level to the well-being platform ‘ s clients (organizations). The person in charge of the organization cannot in any way view and analyze activity levels, survey responses on an individual basis. If it is possible to view a particular answer to an open-ended question, it will be anonymized in each case.

4.2 Use of tracking functions and activity data from connected users and third parties

It is possible to import activity data from other applications into the Bevoy well-being platform. You must explicitly agree to link these applications to your account in order to import this data.

4.3 Apple Health App

With an iPhone, you can track activity and health data and import data from various apps into the Apple Health app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to Apple Health. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.4 Google Fit App

With an Android smartphone, you can track activity and health data and import data from various apps into the Google Fit app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to Google Fit. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.5 Fitbit

A Fitbit device allows you to track activity and health data. You can import data from your Fitbitdevice into the Bevoy app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to your Fitbitaccount. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.6 Garmin Connect

With a Garmin device , you can track your activity, fitness and health data. You can import data from your Garmin device into the Bevoy app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to your Garmin Connect account. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.7 Strava

Strava allows you to track your cycling, running and swimming activities. You can import data from your Strava account into the Bevoy app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to your Stravaaccount. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.8 Polar Flow

A Polar device allows you to track your fitness and health data. You can import data from your Polar device into the Bevoy app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to your Polar Flow account. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5 - The storage of personal data

The company does not retain personal data longer than necessary to perform the requested service, taking into account the company’s contractual and legal obligations.<

5.1 Storage of data from the Bevoy well-being platform:

All data we collect through our platform is securely stored on servers in Dublin (AWS) , which are subject to strict physical technical and administrative safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information

6 - The transfer of personal data

6.1) Receiving rewards / connection with partners:

We only share the data needed with 3rd parties if it is necessary to perform the service or product that was redeemed as a reward in the Bevoy app.

6.2) Sharing of photographic content:

We do not share photographic content with outside parties or outside entities without express permission from our users.

7 - Data Security

To protect personal data in the best possible way, the company takes all appropriate measures and applies best practices to prevent the loss, misuse, disclosure, unauthorized access or alteration of personal data.
